Throwin' down the mojo

All right, it's Mojo Monday vs. Color Throwdown today!
Okay, not really, I'm working the weekly sketch at Mojo Monday and the color challenge at Color Throwdown and everyone wins!

This is a fun card that could be great for lots of occasions: birthday, congratulatory, or good ole sunshine-y fun. It's super sparkly and would be great for a gal-pal or a young lady (tween, teen...).
I really enjoyed this simple sketch and bright color scheme:

I used: Sunny Fun (ret.) and Yippee Skippee sets; Whisper White, Lucky Limeade, & Silver Glimmer c/s, and (ret.)Brights Pattern DSP; StazOn ink Jet Black; 1-1/4", 1-3/8", 1-3/4" and 1-1/2" scallop circle punches; Lattice TIEF, Jewels Rhinestones, glue dots, Stampin' Dimensionals, and Cut & Paste decorative tape (My Mind's Eye).

We've been having the most awesome weather here (again!), mid-upper 80's, and looks like we'll get another day of it before we're back to regular spring wetter, oops, I mean weather. Hope this card brings some nice spring sunshine your way.

Happy Crafting!

  1. It would be great for an invitation to go to the beach. I love the flip flops. Good combination of challenges.
